Day 3 Week 4


Grains/Starches: rice

Protein: red beans, chicken cutlet
Fats/Sweets:

I had white rice, red beans with chicken cutlet and corn on the side. I didnt feel too awake after but I enjoyed the meal.

Day 2 Week 4

Dairy: milk, cheese

Protein: ground beef, sauce

I had lasanga for dinner today with white rice on the side. I then had an apple as a snack about two hours after when i got hungry. I felt good about my food choice for today because I didn't feel like I overate at all.

Day 1 Week 4

Vegetables: lettuce, tomatoe

Dairy: cheese, sour cream

Protein: ground meat

I had 3 tacos for dinner today. i felt full after the second but my mom forced me to eat the third one and so i did. I felt a little tiered afterwards but it probably has to do with the amount of time i dont spend sleeping.

Day 5 Week 3

I had spaghetti and meatball for dinner tonight. I ate seconds which might have been a bad choice because I was full by then. I fell asleep soon after eating but im not too sure if it was because of my meal or because of I was drained.


Day 4 Week 3

Dairy: milk, cheese

Protein: sausage

Fats/Sweets:

I ate mac and cheese today with bits of sausage in it. I then had an apple afterwards and felt okay about it.

Day 3 Week 3


Grains/Starches: sesame seed bun

Vegetables: lettuce, tomato, onion

Fruits: apple

Dairy: milk

Protein: beef

Fats/Sweets: french fries

Beverage: sprite





Today i had a meal from the McDonalds menu. I was not too happy about my food choice for the day because within about a half an hour i felt tiered and ready for bed.

Day2 Week 3

Vegetables: corn, lettuce, carrots, peas

Fruits: apple

Dairy: milk

Protein: beans, steak

Fats/Sweets:

Beverage: water


Today i had a very good meal for dinner. i ate rice, beans and steak which was super YUMMY. i then had some salad afterwards that had me going for the rest of the night. i felt surprisingly awake and energized.
