Day 3 Week 3


Grains/Starches: sesame seed bun

Vegetables: lettuce, tomato, onion

Fruits: apple

Dairy: milk

Protein: beef

Fats/Sweets: french fries

Beverage: sprite





Today i had a meal from the McDonalds menu. I was not too happy about my food choice for the day because within about a half an hour i felt tiered and ready for bed.
