Day 5 Week 3


Grains/Starches: noodles

Dairy: milk, cheese

Protein: beef, sauce

Fats/Sweets:

Beverages: water



I had spaghetti and meatball for dinner tonight. I ate seconds which might have been a bad choice because I was full by then. I fell asleep soon after eating but im not too sure if it was because of my meal or because of I was drained.
