Day 2 Week 4


Grains/Starches:noodles

Vegetables:

Fruits:

Dairy: milk, cheese

Protein: ground beef, sauce

Fats/Sweets:

Beverages: water



I had lasanga for dinner today with white rice on the side. I then had an apple as a snack about two hours after when i got hungry. I felt good about my food choice for today because I didn't feel like I overate at all.
