Day 3 Week 4


Grains/Starches: rice
Vegetables: corn
Fruits:
Dairy: milk
Protein: red beans, chicken cutlet
Fats/Sweets:
Beverages: water

I had white rice, red beans with chicken cutlet and corn on the side. I didnt feel too awake after but I enjoyed the meal.
