Day2 Week 3


Grains/Starches: rice

Vegetables: corn, lettuce, carrots, peas

Fruits: apple

Dairy: milk

Protein: beans, steak

Fats/Sweets:

Beverage: water


Today i had a very good meal for dinner. i ate rice, beans and steak which was super YUMMY. i then had some salad afterwards that had me going for the rest of the night. i felt surprisingly awake and energized.
