Day 1 Week 3


Grains/Starches: fried rice

Vegetables: peas

Fruits:

Dairy: milk

Protein: spare ribs

Fats/Sweets:

Beverage: water, sprite



I bought food from the chinese store today. I had a order of pork fried rice with spare rib tips. The whole order could have been enough fro two people but i consumed it all. I felt full and got a stomache pain.
