Day 5 Week 2


Grains/Starches: rice

Vegetables: corn

Fruits:

Dairy: milk

Protein: pork, beans

Fats/Sweets: fruit snacks

Beverage: water, sprite





I ate rice, beans with chopped meat on the side and served my self twice because it was just that good. i felt a bit tiered afterwards but burned some extra calories by kick boxing with a friend.
