Day 3 Week 2


Grains/Starches: bread

Vegetables: lettuce, tomatoe, onion

Fruits: apple

Dairy: cheese

Protein: ham, turkey

Fats/Sweets: fruit snacks, mayonnaise

Beverage: water



Today I had a sandwhich from the corner store. I asked for lettuce, tomatoe, onion, ham, turkey cheese and mayonnaise on my sandwich. I was feeling a bit fatige because I didnt have my three full meals but I was okay overall.
