Day 5



Grains/Starches: Rice

Vegetables: corn, peas, lettuce, tomatoe

Fruits: apple

Dairy: milk

Protein: black beans

Fats/Sweets:

Beverage: water



I ate rice, black beans and a salad on top. i ate a good amount and so i was full throughout the day. when i did feel hungry i grabbed a apple and was full. i was more happy with myself today because i eliminated the fats/ sweets from my diet.
