Day 4 Week 2


Grains/Starches: mash potatoe

Vegetables: peas

Fruits: bananas

Dairy: milk

Protein: meat loaf

Fats/Sweets:

Beverage: water



Today i ate mash potatoe with meat loaf that my mother prepared. i dont understand why the majority of my friends HATE meatloaf.. because i enjoyed my meal very much. i felt like i over ate...but it was most definitely worth it.
