Day 1


Grains/Starches: cereal, whole wheat bread, pasta

Vegetables: corn, peas

Fruits: bananas

Dairy: milk, cheese

Protein: chicken

Fats/Sweets: butter

Beverage: water



After eating my cereal for breakfast i felt energized and ready to go. For lunch i ate Mac and Cheese which made my stomache ache a bit because i ate more than needed. Over all i felt awake the entire day and was proud of each meal i consumed.
