Day 3



Grains/Starches: bread

Vegetables: lettuce, tomatoe

Fruits: apple

Dairy: milk

Protein: chicken cutlet

Fats/Sweets: mayonnaise

Beverage: water, coca cola



Today i had some left over chicken cutlet for lunch on toast with lettuce, tomatoe, and mayonnaise. i then snaked on a apple and had some milk afterwards. i felt good all day although i didnt eat much i was energized and full.
