Day 4



Grains/Starches: white bread, rice

Vegetables: corn

Fruits: pear

Dairy: milk

Protein: porkchops, beans

Fats/Sweets: apple pie

Beverage: water



For breakfast today i ate grilled cheese and felt content until 5 p.m. and so i ate white rice, with beans porkchops and corn on the side. Afterwards i had apple pie around 6:30 p.m. and drank atleast 4 glasses of water throughout the day.
