Day 2 Week 2


Grains/Starches: pasta

Vegetables:

Fruits: plum

Dairy: milk

Protein: grilled chicken

Fats/Sweets: cheese cake

Beverage: water



I ate spaghetti with slices of grilled chicken in it. I then had a delicious piece of cheese cake that my mother prepared. I felt energetic but then crashed after an half an hour.
