Day 2





Grains/Starches: mash potatoe

Vegetables: carrots

Fruits:apple, banana

Dairy: milk

Protein: chicken cutlet

Fats/Sweets: cheesecake

Beverage: water

Today i decided to skip breakfast because i was running late to school, but for dinner i enjoyed a meal of mash potatoe with carrots on the side. After about an hour i felt a lil hungry and so i ate an apple and treated myself to a slice of cheesecake.
